The Greek-roman temples of the region of Thebes, Edfu and Dendara occasionally attest some written forms Khaset-DP / Khaset-TP, evoking Upper and Lower-Egypt. The study of the sources shows that we deal with a unique toponym, referring in both cases to Dep of Buto (Tep in demotic) ; concerning the South, it proceeds from a transposition of a sacred geography from North to South, which is clearly demonstrated by the general context of the documents.
